We have structured our pricing into two categories. The first and main category is a ‘flat rate’. In other words it is a fixed fee, regardless the problem or how long it takes to solve. You, the client, will benefit the most by this structure as opposed to an hourly rate. The second category will be based on a quote. Next follows a grouping of the categories.
Flat Rate:
This is typically PC maintenance, fault finding and PC repairs, virus removal, PC hardware and PC software installations and other minor IT services.
Quotes:
This will be for services like data recovery, network installations, domain and web solutions and assistance, projects and major IT services.
